Meet Zealong's Executive Pastry Chef, Valentina Avecilla.
Born in Argentina, she trained in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Paris, then worked with legendary French chef Hélène Darroze (2 Michelin stars), and later master pâtissier Pierre Hermé. This is your chance to enjoy Valentina’s delectable treats.
Considered a master of desserts, breads & pastries. Valentina combines local seasonal fruits and her international techniques creating imaginative combinations of flavours and new versions of traditional favourites.
Guests to the Vintage Tea Party will get to taste Valentina Avecilla's take on High Tea. You will be transported into an atmosphere of comfort, tradition, and indulgence.
