Whether it's a conference people remember for the right reasons or a celebration worth dressing up for, the flexible floor plan adapts to your vision, with room for up to 300 guests cocktail or theatre style, or 180 seated for a banquet. It's made for the occasions people talk about for years.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we use just part of the space?
Yes. The Vista has two rooms that can be booked separately or combined. Room 1 suits smaller groups, Room 2 opens onto a covered patio and private garden, and together they create our largest space. Let us know your numbers and we'll recommend the best fit.
What AV is available?
All the essentials are included: high definition projectors with drop-down screens, handheld and headset wireless microphones, a Bluetooth sound system and wireless fibre internet.
Do you provide catering?
Yes. Our in-house team caters every event, from morning and afternoon tea through to lunches and celebration menus. We'll share options with your quote.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Let us know about any dietary needs and our in-house team will tailor the menu.
Do you offer bar services?
Yes. Our in-house beverage list includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
Is there parking?
Yes, free on-site parking is available for up to 200 cars across our carparks and driveway.
Where is Zealong and how do I get there?
Zealong Tea Estate is just 20 minutes from Hamilton city centre and 80 minutes from Auckland, so it's easy to reach for local and visiting guests alike. All of our venues are located on the estate.
Is the Vista accessible?
Yes. The Vista has step-free entry and there's a drop-off zone by the entrance, via our Retail Boutique. Directly opposite the Vista within the building, is an accessible bathroom with space for larger mobility needs and parents.
Is there vehicle access for set-up and pack-down?
Yes. There's full vehicle access to our function spaces, so loading in and packing down is stress-free for you and your suppliers.
Is there accommodation?
Yes, we have accommodation on site and plenty of options nearby in Hamilton. Availability varies, so let us know your requirements and we'll help find the right fit. We can also arrange shuttles to collect and return your guests from their motels or hotels.
Can we bring in our own decor?
Absolutely. The Vista is a stunning backdrop on its own, and you're welcome to bring in florists, additional hire and more to make it your own.
Can we plan the event with your team?
Of course. We offer a planning meeting to shape your event with our team.
Can we see the Vista before booking?
Of course. Site visits are complimentary, so get in touch and we'll arrange a time for you to visit.
