This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Zealong Tea’s Online Shop.
Purchasing from Zealong Tea
Zealong Tea online shop gives customers a convenient, quick, easy, and secure shopping solution.
Products displayed on our e-shop can be purchased using a secure online Direct Credit, Paypal, Debit/Credit transaction facility. All customers’ details are digitally protected and used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment. Zealong Tea Estate Limited does not keep cardholder and payment information.
“Zealong Tea Estate” will appear on your statement for any transaction through this website.
Please note: orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm NZDT. Online orders placed on week-ends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
All prices in the online shop are represented in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and all prices are correct at time of publication.
We reserve the right, however, to alter prices for any reason at any time. These changes would be made live instantly.
Payment can be made via Direct Credit, Paypal, or Debit/Credit card.
As soon as your payment is received we will endeavour to process your order in a swift manner. If for any reason we can not fulfil your order immediately, we will contact you. Please be aware that some international transaction may take days to clear and goods get shipped out upon payment clearing into our account.
For New Zealand deliveries, our preferred supplier is Toll. For overseas deliveries, we use New Zealand Post.
We expect your items to reach you in good condition. If for any reason this does not happen, please contact us immediately and inform the courier at the time of delivery.
Please ensure you provide us with your full and correct shipping address. Zealong Tea Estate Limited will not be responsible for orders that go missing when the customer has incorrectly typed their address.
For purchases outside of New Zealand, Zealong Tea Estate Limited is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products.
Please note that estimated delivery times are target times only, as per provided by New Zealand Post. You can expect that your item will usually arrive at its destination within the timeframe specified for each service. However, Zealong Tea Estate Limited shall not be held responsible for delays due to events that are out of its control. We cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer.
Zealong Tea Estate Limited takes every effort to ensure the quality of our products. We also endeavour that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please email us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.
We are happy to exchange your goods within 14 days, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Physical shop hours
If you are visiting our shop at 495 Gordonton Road, Hamilton, our hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5pm, except Public Holidays.
