ZEALONG WEDDING PACKAGES

Zealong’s events team will take care of your wedding essentials, all packages include full set-up and cleaning, audio-visual equipment, two-course buffet dinner and arrival drinks for your guests, create unique wedding photos among the tea terraces, and return as newlyweds to where the magic happened for High Tea on us, up to 15 months later.

Your experienced event manager will discuss the venue spaces, beverage packages and additional options that are best suited to your event and the number of people attending,
and will be available to help you finalise all the details of your special occasion.

GOLD PACKAGE

Allow Zealong Tea Estate to share in the joy of this enchanted occasion and help you create extraordinary memories of your special day. Zealong’s events team will take care of all your wedding essentials.

Enquire

  • Dedicated Zealong Event Manager to assist with organising and finalising details, and oversee the running of your event
  • Use of the Zealong Tea Estate grounds for photographs (including some restricted areas)
  • Use of the outside grounds for the wedding ceremony (if required)
  • Access to the surrounding gardens for indoor/outdoor flow
  • Venue access from 8am for set up of additional table decorations, centrepieces and seating arrangement
  • Access to Zealong’s recommended suppliers, including party hire, florists, musicians and celebrants
  • Dedicated staff member to look after the head/bridal table.
  • Full ceremony and reception venue set-up, pack down and standard cleaning
  • Free on-site parking
  • Tables and chairs
  • Table linen including tablecloths and napkins (white or black only)
  • Glassware, cutlery, and crockery
  • Elegant white cake display table

DIAMOND PACKAGE

While you take stunning wedding photos in the fields of New Zealand’s only tea estate, friends and family enjoy select canapés before you return for the reception, where they will receive a bottle of red and white wine on each table.

Your guests will enjoy arrival drinks and canapé selections before both the ceremony and reception, bottles of wine on every table to toast the happy couple, open bar and a dancefloor to continue the festivities.
