Tucked beside the Zealong Tea Room, the Pavilion is a secluded, standalone retreat where sliding doors open 75m² of indoor space onto a covered alfresco terrace and outdoor lounge, with panoramic views across the tea estate. Equipped with a 60" display, Bluetooth sound and wireless fibre internet, it's a polished setting for private meetings and training sessions, and just as well suited to birthdays, anniversaries and other intimate celebrations.

How many guests can the Pavilion hold?
Up to 70 guests cocktail style, or 40 guests seated.
Will we have the venue to ourselves?
Yes. The Pavilion is a standalone building set apart from our other spaces, so your event is completely private.
Do you provide catering?
Yes. Our in-house team caters every event, from morning and afternoon tea through to lunches and celebration menus. We'll share options with your quote.
Is there parking?
Yes, free on-site parking is available for all guests.
What if we need more space?
The Vista, our largest function venue, hosts up to 300 guests cocktail style or 180 seated. Let us know your numbers and we'll recommend the right space.
Can we see the Pavilion before booking?
