GREEN
A smooth, silky liquor, with a rich taste of floral notes, toasted chestnuts and a subtle sweet finish.
PURE (oolong)
These sweet, fresh-tasting leaves are unroasted, bringing out the pure, natural flavour of the tea.
AROMATIC (oolong)
Leaves are briefly roasted at high temperatures, producing a clear aroma and taste, with a hint of fruit and flowers.
DARK (oolong)
Longer roasting gives these leaves a rich, deep taste and a hint of charcoal on the nose, yet no bitterness.
BLACK
A full-bodied, deep-amber liquor with a sweet, honeyed undertone and smooth, silky finish

How to brew the perfect cup

  1. Pre-heat a perfectly clean teapot with the boiling water.
  2. Use 1tsp of your premium Zealong tea (approx 5g) per 150ml of water.
  3. Pour freshly boiled (but not boiling) water over the leaves and infuse for 1 minute.
  4. Brew for an additional minute after the third brew.
  5. Tea leaves can be brewed for 4 (green/black) to 8 (oolong) times.
