Zealong were pleased to contribute to Horotiu School’s annual fundraising gala this year, and helped them to raise $20,500! Below is a letter of thanks we got, written by Carlos, one of the students who will benefit from the funds raised (click to enlarge).

New Zealand School of Tourism has had several field trips to Zealong recently, where we worked with them to show how our tour guides take our guests on a journey through the history and culture of tea! We wish them the best of luck on their studies and future careers.

Yesterday a group from the nearby Waldorf School came to visit our tea estate as part of their class study on tea and coffee. Tour guide Mani was very impressed at how much the kids already knew about tea!
