Our team of chefs is committed to creating delicious local food with menus that change along with the seasons. Zealong Tea Estate is renowned for creative pairings and dishes infused with tea.

Crispy tofu with a miso glaze, served atop an Asian-inspired rice noodle and cabbage salad with a roast sesame dressing.

Lamb shoulder braised with cumin, encased in fl aky pastry and served with chipotle relish.

Traditional club sandwich with roast chicken, Dijon mustard, roasted red peppers, cucumber, lettuce, and creamy avocado.

Poached slipper lobster and shrimp served on velvety leek and oyster mushroom fondue, topped with watercress salad.

Marinated barbecue eel served atop cucumber with horseradish, watercress, and pickled daikon radish.

Sliced rare roast beef on toasted rye bread with roasted peppers, cornichons, and bearnaise sauce.

Kumara rösti topped with whipped goat’s cheese and pickled vegetables, and drizzled with rosemary-infused honey.
