Our focus is to produce beautifully crafted food that reflects the best seasonal, ethically sourced local ingredients.

Our team of chefs is committed to creating delicious local food with menus that change along with the seasons. Zealong Tea Estate is renowned for creative pairings and dishes infused with tea.

Menu items marked with a star (*) are items that can be prepared to suit specific dietary requirements. Please note that dietary requirements should be specified at the time of order.

Traditional multi-grain Club Sandwich with orange marmalade, roasted red pepper, cucumber, mesclun, ricotta cheese and sundried tomato cream

Smoked salmon on fluffy blinis, cream cheese infused with Zealong’s Green Tea and dill, and finished with wasabi avocado puree

Strawberry gazpacho infused with refreshing balsamic vinegar, first-press olive oil and served with Zealong’s Green Tea poached prawn
