Introducing our Southeast Asian High Tea

Taste the flavours of Southeast Asia, made with locally produced, seasonal ingredients from sustainable sources. Our new season’s High Tea consists of 10 skillfully crafted delectables inspired by traditional Southeast Asian flavours.

Southeast Asian cuisine is well known for its fragrant and exotic herbs and spices. The region offers bold and spectacular dishes with amazing tastes and aromas fused with subtle complexity.

Our Southeast Asian High Tea is a colourful reflection of the many countries that make up the region and is a perfect match with our award-winning teas, grown right here in New Zealand.

Lavender and Honey Macaron
Our own classic macaron filled with classic buttercream, infused with organically grown lavender

Mango Mousse
Saffron hinted mango paired with creamy coconut milk, garnished with aromatic rose syrup, chunks of mango and sago pearls

Orange and Dark Chocolate Pave
Fairtrade dark chocolate pave with a pleasing flavour of New Zealand navel orange and Zealong Pure Oolong, garnished with zesty mascarpone and candy citrus zest

Satay
Free range chicken coated in aromatic marinade, served with house made peanut sauce and pickled cucumber

Traditional Malaysian curry puff, filled with lightly spiced potato and garden pea stuffing, served with a tangy tomato chutney and crispy curry leaves
