Accessibility at Zealong Tea Estate
At Zealong, we are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience for all our guests. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us before your visit. This gives us the opportunity to understand how we can best support you and help make your time at Zealong comfortable and enjoyable.
Moving around the estate
Guests can access our sculpture walk, Retail Boutique, carpark and dine at our Tea Room.
While our sculpture walk is generally flat, there is a slope towards the Tea Room.
There are mobility carparks available up the slope, right outside the door for those in need.
Our farm, factory and venue spaces are private spaces and may only be accessed with an appropriate guide.

Carpark and mobility parking
You’ll find plenty of free on-site parking when you arrive, including dedicated mobility parking spaces conveniently located near our main visitor areas.
Mobility parking is available near the the Tea Room, and the retail boutique. Please check the marked locations on the map.
Tea Room
The Tea Room offers high teas and a set lunch menu using fresh, local ingredients. The space consists of indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the tea estate. If you require assistance navigating our restaurant, please let our team know.

The Zealong Retail Boutique welcomes estate visitors to discover our Certified Organic teas, beautifully presented gifts and exclusive accessories.
Enrich your visit with a bespoke tea flight tasting, guided by our knowledgeable team: a personal introduction to Zealong’s award-winning teas, enjoyed at your own pace.
Guided tours and tea tastings
Zealong offers two tea tour options, the Guided Tour and Tea Ceremony and the Afternoon Tea Tasting Experience.
The Guided Tour and Tea Ceremony begins at the Retail Boutique and requires travel through the sculpture gardens and over to the Tea Room for a traditional tea ceremony. The majority of the journey is on a concrete path and is accessible for wheelchair use.
Our Afternoon Tea Tasting Experience takes place in the Vista events space attached to the Retail Boutique and requires less traveling than the full Guided Tour and Tea Ceremony.

Certified service dogs are welcome onto the estate.
Unfortunately we cannot allow other dogs onto the estate as Zealong is a working farm.
Visiting by bike
Cycling to Zealong? Bike rails are available towards the front of our carpark, providing a place to park and lock your bicycle while you enjoy the estate. Please bring your own bike lock.
Before setting out, plan a route suited to your cycling experience and check the weather and road conditions. Allow enough time to arrive comfortably before any dining or experience reservation.
